Shipping and delivery

All orders are lovingly handmade and ship from University Place, WA.

Processing time: Orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and restocks, please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on USPS rates — you'll see your exact options (Ground, Priority) before you pay. No surprises, no markups.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.

International shipping: We currently ship within the US only.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered but missing — please double-check your address before ordering! If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipment, contact us at prettyinpinkbybre@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Local Pickup: Local pickup available in Seattle, WA at either: Southcenter Mall or Tacoma Mall, for orders over $30. For in-person pickup orders, payment is via CashApp ONLY to $Prettyinpinkbybri. Please include your name and phone number in the CashApp notes, then message us to arrange your pickup.
